Marietta Silos Makes Significant Upgrade to Jumpform System

Marietta Silos expanded its Jumpform silo construction capability to accommodate silos up to 80 ft. in diameter, the largest in the industry. The upgrade marks a significant milestone for improving efficiency, sustainability and design flexibility in concrete silo construction.

Until recently, Jumpform systems had been limited to silos with diameters between 10 and 65 ft. With its new, expanded system, Marietta Silos now supports silos up to 80 ft., offering customers concrete silo design options previously unavailable.

Jumpform construction is known for its durability and speed. The reusable system allows for rapid rig setup, typically within a few days, and enables incremental, controlled pours in defined segments. This method helps reduce labor, material waste and time compared to traditional Slipform silo construction techniques, making it roughly 20% more cost-effective, noted the manufacturer.

By extending the diameter limit to 80 ft., Marietta Silos enables larger and more versatile silo configurations ranging from standalone structures to multi-silo arrays, while maintaining the structural integrity and leak-proof joints synonymous with Jumpform silo construction.

The updated platform reinforces the company’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.

Marietta’s Jumpform rigs are designed for reuse, lowering the demand for new materials and minimizing construction waste.
